What To Bring

We ask that you bring a positive attitude, a smile, and good spirits to all of our events. 

 

Bag Requirements:

 Any bag larger than 6″x9″ must be clear. The maximum size clear bag permitted is 12″ x 6″ x 12″ – this is roughly the size of a backpack. If you arrive with a bag that does not meet these guidelines, you will be asked to take it back to your car. 

Chairs:

Outside lawn chairs are permitted, however, they can be no taller than 9″ off the ground. Lawn chairs are available for rent at the venue and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall.

Weapons of any kind (including pocket knives and pepper spray)

Illegal Drugs/ Substances

Glass Containers

Cans

Hard Sided/ Large Coolers/ Lunchboxes

This is a cashless venue.

 

Accessibility

Live Oak Bank Pavilion offers ADA accessible entry into the main venue. 

 

Arrival & Accessible Entrances:

The main entrance (Harnett St.) to Live Oak Bank Pavilion is fully accessible. Live Oak Bank Pavilion does not own or operate any parking in the area; however, the venue offers Accessible drop-off at the main entrance. Guests can be dropped off and wait in the Accessible waiting area (housed under a tent with chairs) while the driver parks at a nearby deck

 

Restrooms

Accessible restrooms are located near the stage, next to section 101 under the VIP club balcony.

Food & Drink

Outside food and beverage is not permitted at this event. Food and beverage will be available for purchase through Live Oak Bank Pavilion and LiveNation.

Guests are permitted to bring in two (2) factory sealed bottles of water up to one gallon in size.

 

Entertainment & Activities

Live musical acts will perform on stage.

 

Amenities & Services

Restroom facilities will be available at Live Oak Bank Pavilion. On-site medical personnel are available. Any items that are left on-site by guests will be returned to the venue’s lost & found. Live Oak Bank Pavilion has free public wifi for guests to use.

 

Weather Contingencies

This is an outdoor rain or shine event. In the case of inclement weather, the Festival will announce any and all event changes on social media.

 

Ticket Information

Tickets are required for entry into the event. There is a strict no re-entry policy.

Tickets are to be purchased directly from the Azalea Festival’s ticket system, Etix. You can find this site through our website. This is not a Ticketmaster event, you do not need to download the Ticketmaster app. Confirmation emails will come directly from Etix. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but will need to sit on a guardian’s lap in seated areas. 

 

Strollers are allowed in the lawn area only. They will be subject to a search upon entry. Wagons will not be permitted.

 

Only service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted.
