Rhododendron FestivalI had the most amazing time visiting Bakersville this past weekend for the North Carolina Rhododendron festival! We had a blast at the street dance on Friday night. I had no idea how to square dance, but the people in Bakersville were so welcoming and eager to teach me!
The creek walk and car show was an excellent display of Bakersville’s plethora of unique talents that come together to make it such a magical place.
Congratulations to the 76th Rhododendron Queen Karlee Sanderford and Junior Rhododendron Queen Cassidy McHone! So excited for you guys to experience the joy of being a representative around the state!
