Check-In Begins: 11:00am.

Doors Open: 11:30am.

Anticipated Presentation: 12:15pm.

Anticipated Event End: 1:30pm.

Parking

Event parking will be available at Cape Fear Country Club. Any rideshare transportation may drop off participants at the main entrance of the venue. Cape Fear Country Club provides golf cart transportation for guests who park further from the venue. Due to limited parking we encourage guests to carpool. Cape Fear Country Club offers ADA parking at the venue.

What To Bring

We will have professional photographers on-site capturing every moment of the day. These photos will be available for purchase on the Festival website after the conclusion of the event. We ask that you bring a positive attitude, a smile, and good spirits to all of our events.

Accessibility

Guests who require ADA accommodations will have access to ADA parking spots available at Cape Fear Country Club with the appropriate ADA pass. 

Food & Drink

Outside food and beverage is not permitted at this event. Complimentary food and beverages will be provided to guests buffet style inside the venue.

Entertainment & Activities

The Celebrity Reception is a thank you luncheon for Festival sponsors. Guests are encouraged to mingle and network, and enjoy a luncheon with complimentary beer and wine. Event emcees will announce and introduce each Invited Guest, Queen’s Court members and Cadets, and Queen Azalea. There is no reserved seating for this event, so we encourage guests who want seating to arrive at the designated check-in time.

Amenities & Services

Restroom facilities will be available at the Cape Fear Country Club. Any items that are left on-site by guests will be returned to the Cape Fear Country Club lost & found. 

Weather Contingencies

This is an indoor event. In the case of inclement weather, the Festival will announce any and all event changes on social media.

Ticket Information

Tickets for this event are for Festival sponsors only, and included in sponsorship packages. Tickets to this event are physical tickets that need to be turned in at check-in for entry into the event. Guests without tickets will be denied entry.
