Join us for our 2nd annual Golf Classic – a SOLD OUT event in 2024!

Tournament setup will be a four-person scramble with no handicaps and multiple flights (separate winners’ divisions based on day-of scores). Prizes in each division. 

Team registration is $550 and includes for each member:
a breakfast sandwich, lunch, two drink tickets, and (NEW IN 2025!) 4 mulligans. 

Play will be on the River Course.

Registration/Practice Time 9:00 am.

Breakfast Sandwiches 9:15 – 9:45 am.

What To Expect

Schedule

Registration/Practice Time: 9:00am.

Breakfast Sandwiches: 9:15 – 9:45am.

Tournament Play Begins: 10:00am.

Anticipated Event End: 4:00pm.

 

Parking

Event parking will be available at the River Landing Clubhouse. Any rideshare transportation may drop off guests and participants at the River Landing Clubhouse. 

 

What To Bring

We ask that you bring a positive attitude, a smile, and good spirits to all of our events. For the Azalea Golf Classic, please bring all items required for tournament play. 

 

Accessibility

Guests who require ADA accommodations will have access to ADA parking spots available at the River Landing Clubhouse with the appropriate ADA pass. River Landing also offers ADA friendly entry to the Clubhouse, and we ask all of our guests to use these entry ways as they need. Participants will be utilizing venue golf carts.

 

Food & Drink

Each player will be provided a breakfast sandwich, lunch, awards ceremony hors d’oeuvres, and two drink tickets on-site. Guests and participants are allowed to bring water bottles to stay hydrated throughout the tournament.

 

Entertainment & Activities

Along with tournament play, we will have a 50/50 raffle, and a “Beat The Pro” Challenge on a Par 3. We will also have a post-tournament trophy ceremony, where there will be food and beverage, and awards given out.

 

Amenities & Services

River Landing has restroom facilities available on-site inside the Clubhouse and along the course. Any items that are left on-site by guests will be returned to the River Landing Clubhouse lost & found. River Landing offers free wifi for guests.

 

Weather Contingencies

This is a rain or shine event. In the case of severe inclement weather, the Festival will announce any and all event changes on social media.

 

Ticket Information

Team registrations will be completed directly through the Festival’s ticketing platform, Etix. A confirmation email and a pre-event email will be sent to purchaser. Teams will be registered in groups of 4. Each player’s ticket pays for a breakfast sandwich, lunch, two drink tickets, and a mulligan.
