Meet us at Airlie Gardens for the party event that will set the tone for a weekend of fun-filled festivities! Dress to impress in spring attire, big hats, seersucker suits, and bow ties at the networking event of the year! Take in the beautiful surroundings while enjoying cocktails and BBQ for this mid-day “can’t miss” event! 

 

Accessibility

All ADA passes MUST be accompanied by an in gate parking pass. If you DO NOT have an in gate parking pass but require ADA accessible entry, please be dropped off at the front gate of Airlie Gardens.

Parking

Due to limited on-site parking, only Festival produced in-gate parking passes are allowed to park on site.

In gate parking passes are included in certain sponsor packages and in limited quantities.

 

Will Call

There is no will call or waiting area outside of event venue. Gates open at 10:15. Gardens become accessible at 10:45. Please plan your transportation accordingly.

Parking

This event has very limited on-site parking. Only guests who have Azalea Festival on-site parking passes will be permitted to park in Airlie Gardens. The Azalea Festival provides off-site parking with shuttles into the venue. Rideshares and rented party buses will be allowed to drop off inside the venue. 

 

We recommend utilizing Azalea Festival shuttles. 

 

ADA parking passes must be accompanied by an in-gate parking pass in order to park inside Airlie Gardens. Due to limited parking, in-gate parking passes are reserved to higher level Festival sponsors. However, we do offer ADA drop off at main event check-in.

 

What To Bring

We will have professional photographers on-site capturing every moment of the day. These photos will be available for purchase on the Festival website after the conclusion of the event. Guests are allowed to bring their own chairs & blankets into the venue. We encourage guests to bring their current year Festival Pin to receive a specialty drink. Guests will need to bring their IDs in order to verify their age. We ask that you bring a positive attitude, a smile, and good spirits to all of our events. 

 

This is an outdoor event with limited tenting that takes place on grass. We recommend dressing for the weather, bringing sunscreen, and wearing appropriate shoes. This is a fashion forward event – dress to impress in all your spring fashions!

This event takes place on grass, and as such has uneven surfaces. Sidewalks are often covered up by tenting. The venue does not offer wheelchair rental for this event.



Food & Drink

Outside food and beverage is not permitted at this event. Complimentary food and beverages will be provided for guests inside the venue. We try to provide food options to cover a wide variety of dietary restrictions. 

 

Entertainment & Activities

The Airlie Luncheon Garden Party is the most anticipated event of the year! Ticket holders enjoy networking, live music and DJ entertainment, and complimentary food & drink to include beer, wine, and liquor. There is no formal presentation or event schedule. Please be sure to visit all specialty tents to enjoy the full experience of the Garden Party.

 

Amenities & Services

Restroom facilities will be available throughout the venue space. Medical personnel will be on-site if needed. Any items that are left on-site by guests will be returned to the Festival Ticket Office lost & found. Guests will need to come to the office to pick up their lost belongings. Airlie Gardens does not offer public wifi, and cellular service is limited in some areas. This event does not have lockers or personal storage options.

 

Weather Contingencies

This is an outdoor rain or shine event. In the case of inclement weather, the Festival will announce any and all event changes on social media. Additional tents will be put up for forecasted rain. Rainboots can be a fun fashion accessory if needed!

 

Ticket Information

Physical tickets are required for entry. There are no mobile tickets, guest lists, or will call for this event. Guests who do not show a physical ticket at check-in will be denied entry into the main gate. Each vehicle will be checked at the main gate to ensure all guests have a ticket. Guests who take the Azalea Festival shuttles will have their tickets checked at the off-site parking locations. 

 

All tickets include complimentary food, beer, wine, and liquor. 

 

There are two tents reserved for special ticket holders. The Past Presidents’ Tent is reserved for Past Presidents of the Festival and their guests. Guests of this tent must be accompanied by a Past President. The Major Sponsor Tent is reserved for Major Sponsors of the Festival and their guests. For entry to this tent, guests will need to wear their Major Sponsor credential lanyard, which is given to the Major Sponsor in their sponsorship package.
