Born in Miami and raised on Cuban-American flavors, Chef Nick’s culinary journey began in his grandmother’s kitchen where every dish was a story and every bite was a memory. He started his first kitchen job at 16 as a dishwasher and quickly worked his way up through local restaurants, developing the bold, creative style he’s known for today.
Now based in Wilmington, Chef Nick combines Southern ingredients with Latin soul and fine-dining technique, showcasing fresh local seafood, seasonal produce, and vibrant flavors in every plate. He’s also a Food Network Chopped Champion, proving his skills on the national stage! 🧑🍳
