Parking

Event parking is available at the Embassy Suites Parking Deck, located directly across the hotel. Please park in spaces marked “Embassy Suites” to avoid risk of being ticketed or towed. Guests are to bring their parking voucher inside to the event to be validated for free parking. Guests use their validated parking voucher to exit the parking deck at no charge.

What To Bring

We will have professional photographers on-site capturing every moment of the day. These photos will be available for purchase on the Festival website after the conclusion of the event. For Visiting Queens, we encourage you to wear your crown and sash. We ask that you bring a positive attitude, a smile, and good spirits to all of our events.

Accessibility

ADA accessible entry is available inside the hotel via elevator. The Embassy Suites also offers ADA accessible parking spaces to guests who have the appropriate ADA pass.

Food & Drink

Outside food and beverage is not permitted at this event. Complimentary food and beverage will be provided for guests during the event.

Entertainment & Activities

This event is geared towards youth ages 5-17. The Queen’s Dance Party is the perfect event to meet official Festival Royalty. Queen Azalea, Miss North Carolina, the Queen’s Court, and the Azalea Festival Princess and Court will be introduced. Guests will be able to mingle with Festival Royalty throughout the night, eat some great food, and end the night in a dance party! 

Amenities & Services

Restroom facilities will be available inside the venue. Any items that are left on-site by guests will be returned to the Embassy Suites lost & found. 

Weather Contingencies

This is an indoor event. In the case of inclement weather, the Festival will announce any and all event changes on social media.

Ticket Information

Tickets are required for entry into this event. Tickets include food and non-alcoholic drinks. Everyone in attendance needs to purchase a ticket, including chaperones. Table purchases include admission for 8 with special recognition in the presentation and table signage. Tickets can be purchased directly from the Festival website through the Azalea Festival’s ticketing system, Etix. Confirmation emails will be sent directly from Etix.
