Doors Open: 7:00pm.
Event End Time: 11:00pm.
Parking
Limited parking is available at the Cape Fear Country Club. Please plan accordingly. Any rideshare transportation may drop off guests at the main entrance of the venue.
What To Bring
We ask that you bring a positive attitude, a smile, and good spirits to all of our events.
Accessibility
Guests who require ADA accommodations will be able to access the venue via Cape Fear Country Club’s ADA friendly entryways.
Food & Drink
Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the venue. There will be multiple food displays, as well as open bars for guests to enjoy throughout the event.
Entertainment & Activities
The Patrons’ Party Gala is one of the most exclusive 21+ events of Festival week. Guests can expect to enjoy the unique Gala theme of the year, open bars, free food, a live party band, and a night full of dancing and celebrating with the Festival’s treasured supporters! The second floor of the venue will be open for guests to enjoy live March Madness basketball games and root for their favorite team.
Amenities & Services
Restroom facilities will be available at the Cape Fear Country Club. Any items that are left on-site by guests will be returned to the Cape Fear Country Club lost & found.
Weather Contingencies
This is an indoor event. In the case of inclement weather, the Festival will announce any and all event changes on social media.
Ticket Information
Tickets for the Patrons’ Party Gala will be included in Patron’s packages, as well as sponsorship packages. These packets are to be picked up by sponsors and Patrons during Packet Pick-Up Week in March. Tickets are required for entry into the event.
