Due to increased traffic and road closures to stage the North Carolina Azalea Festival, normal traffic and parking flow will be altered.

Uber

Uber is the preferred ridesharing app of the 2017 Azalea Festival. We’re partnering with Uber to help you spend more time enjoying the festival and less time worrying about your ride. Whether you’re headed to the concerts, fairs, or the parade, use Uber to get a safe, reliable, and affordable ride there and back.

Heading to the Airlie Luncheon Garden Party? Uber has a dedicated pickup and dropoff area in front of the Garden Services Center. Head there when you’re ready to leave to request your ride and meet your driver.

For the Festival Concerts, aim to get picked up and dropped off east of 3rd Street to avoid the festival road closures. Don’t forget to call or text your driver to confirm your location!

If you’re new to Uber, download the app and sign up with the promo code AZALEA17 to get $20 off your first ride! Sign up here: https://get.uber.com/go/azalea17. If you already use Uber, try referring someone who hasn't tried it yet—you'll both receive your next ride free.
